As a culinary institute, CINY is committed to culinary excellence in all of our student dining halls. With assistance from CINY culinary students, our chefs have made on-campus dining a go-to, healthy option for the campus community.
This brand new dining space, located on the first floor of Gaddy Hall, opened in February 2016. Gaddy Cafe is the main dining hall where students may enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and a late-night dining option 7 days a week during the semester. Students have numerous options, including a selection of delicious pizza, pastas, salads and more.
All student apartments at CINY come equipped with kitchens so students can prepare their own meals if they so choose. Those living in residence halls have refrigerators and access to microwaves.
Students can choose to participate in one of the semester-long meal plans. The "Gold" meal plan, priced at $1,400, includes 21 meals per week, plus $150 in Mustang Bucks that can be used in the dining halls for any extras. Mustang Bucks can also be used at select restaurants near the CINY campus.
The "Blue" meal plan is $980 and includes 12 meals per week, ideal for those students who want the flexibility to both eat in the dining halls and cook for themselves.
Students can purchase Mustang Bucks for fast and easy payment at all campus cafeterias.
